Im weird I admit it
I believe that over time the words "weird" and "normal" have changed.

bypassing a potential rant at the moment, I am weird because i am a male who admits weakness, and finds strength in Christ to counter act my fears. I am seeking higher education, which is more than i can say for alot of people.

I just believe that i am no where near normal becauss i have not fallen victim to society's ever lowering bar. Remember when females were actually feminine; shy, had values and wanted guys to treat them right?. Remember when men wanted to be providers and make a good impression on the world? When we were little girls wanted to be nurses, veternarians, and housewives. Men wanted to be Cops, sports figures or the president. When did we lower our expectations? When did we lose our childhood dreams and values.

When inadequacy becomes the norm, people like me become weird.
When society ceases to hold people accountable, the metaphorical bar becomes lower
When he proverbial bar is lowered in regards to standards society loses...

Fuck society and their norms in all honesty. Hold strong to morals and values. Dont settle for what is seen as the norm. Individuality is key. Misery loves company, and inadquacy is the easy thing to fall victim to. YOU should know that the path less traveled is that way for a reason. The hardest things to do are usually the only things worth actually doing.

Happy Mothers Day to the strong women in the world, who are picking up the slack. Happy Mothers Day to the women who are setting beautiful examples for their daughters, teaching them that life if more that chasing some "real nigga". Hghlighting individuality, and letting that daughter know that her being "head of the class" doesnt mean "giving brain"....dispite the witty rap lyric. Not stopping at the Mothers but I extend this message to the furture mothers of the world. You are infact God's daughter, and have been blessed beyond belief and need no man for validation in this world. Shoutout to the women of the world are embody the lady-like characteristics of a Audrey Hepburn, or Whitley(from A Different World). Ladies, know your worth and remember that self esteem comes from the inside and shines outwards for the world to see...

I had to get a pair of the famous Nantucket Reds. I swear, my style is becoming vintage prep,I really dont know where this is coming from. I no longer, well have never wanted to be "THAT N*GGA", I dont identify with being "frEsH". I wear clothes that look nice, not comparing with anyone, to use current vernacular, im just "doing me" But i picked up my Reds for $38 shipped, which is a win in my book.

First off, the Polo, belt, and pants were bought 50% off at The Goodwill today($8.87) #FTW

...but umm yea, id say that was a success. Mint green pants arent an everyday thing, no matter where you live *side eye* to all my Floridians. I believe shorts/pants should either be khaki, navy or some neutral color throughout the year. Peep the belt though, its my favorite part. Navy with green Bass, cant front on that!..im sorry, all negativity about that belt will be ignored lol. But because its summer you have a free pass to be "Festive" have fun, relax, and let your style convey that. So break out your nantucket reds, and be prep this summer, if youre bout that life.
